Powerful Birth Prep - Childbirth Education Class
A Supportive, Personalized Approach to Birth Preparation
Birth is not one-size-fits-all — and neither is preparation.
My childbirth education course is designed to support all birth choices and experiences, whether you are planning a hospital birth, home birth, medicated birth, unmedicated birth, or are still figuring out what feels right for you. My role is not to tell you how to give birth, but to help you understand your options so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
Through personalized, judgment-free education, I aim to help you feel prepared, empowered, and supported as you approach birth and early parenthood. Together, we focus on building knowledge, confidence, and trust in both your body and your ability to navigate birth in a way that feels aligned with your values.
This course creates space for questions, conversation, and real preparation — not fear-based learning or rigid expectations.

A Personalized, In-Home Birth Preparation Experience
Preparing for birth is deeply personal, and this course is designed to reflect that. Offered as a one-on-one, in-home experience, these sessions allow you to learn in a comfortable and familiar environment where you can ask questions openly, move at your own pace, and focus on what matters most to you.
Each course is tailored to your birth wishes, values, and level of experience. Rather than following a rigid group curriculum, we create preparation that feels relevant, practical, and supportive — helping you build confidence and understanding as you approach birth.
I support all birth choices with balanced, judgment-free education. Whether you are planning a medicated or unmedicated birth, hospital or home birth, the goal is the same: helping you feel informed, empowered, and confident in the decisions you make.
